Application Domain

Technical Features
1. Standardized process, accurate results: The testing process, conditions, and results for moisture, ash, and volatile matter all meet requirements, eliminating the need for correction, making it suitable for arbitration analysis.
2. Fast testing speed: Ready for testing immediately upon startup. Features a multi-furnace dual-balance structure with a constant-temperature drying device. The three indicators—moisture, ash, and volatile matter—can be measured in any combination or individually. Testing all three indicators for 20 samples simultaneously can be completed within 90 minutes.
3. High degree of automation: Utilizes computer real-time communication technology and adaptive control technology. The electronic balance is integrated into the instrument, combined with an automatic weighing mechanism. Employs thermogravimetric analysis for automatic sample weighing, automatic sample feeding, automatic data processing, result calculation, report printing, and storage, enabling unattended operation.
4. Easy operation: No need to handle crucible lids, feed samples, or take samples during the test. Uses imported cylinders to automatically control the opening and closing of lids for the moisture and ash sections, avoiding risks of high-temperature radiation and burns.
<5. Precise temperature control: Features a circular well-type high-temperature furnace with uniform temperature distribution. The optimized process avoids temperature field disturbances caused by frequent door openings in assembly line operations. PID temperature control algorithm ensures control accuracy within 1°C.
6. Equipped with a thermal insulation mechanism to ensure a stable and interference-free working environment for the built-in balance.
7. Classic structural design: The weighing and sample feeding mechanism improves weighing and feeding speed, shortening test time. Eliminates sliding rail translation devices like "mechanical arms," preventing accidents such as dropped crucibles, misalignment, or breakage during transmission.
8. Thermobalance weighing technology: Uses a single sample pan, eliminating the need to frequently move samples between combustion and weighing pans. Calibration is performed with blank crucibles in the same atmosphere, avoiding weighing errors caused by inconsistent crucible temperatures in assembly line operations. Multiple weighing methods are available.
9. Strong adaptability: Does not rely on any bottled gas or air compressor for driving or combustion support.
